The guy in the orange appears to be the aggressor with all the footage provided. He was escalating things quite a bit then decided to pull the gun which right there would and should have made him lose his gun rights. Then… he took it a very big step further when he decided to pull the trigger after the man turned and ran. What a cowardice total garbage human. I wish we could see more video however it won’t change my mind on the suspects actions it would just provide further info for me such as if and how aggressive was the man that was shot if even at all because from what’s provided it seems as if he was sick of being treated like dog poo that whole time and when the guy invited him to step up he finally did just to be executed by a pussy with a gun that was barking like some sort of a roadside prize fighter. You guys all need to watch out for people like this. That man was and is still a very dangerous person and there is many many more like him running around. This explains the fermie-paradox..
