The real story probably goes like this....... A shooting on a porch leaves one man laying in a pool of blood, one arrested for attempted murder. The shooter, Jed Clayton, was mad at the victim, Clem Clayton, over a quarrel thay had over Clem's wife Billy Jo Clayton. It seems that Billy Jo, who is Jed's sister, wanted to have a baby with her brother but her husband disapproved of the idea. Things got heated when the cousins, after drinking some homebrew, got into an altercation. Jed, who was not as powerful as his cousin, retreived a gun from the house and shot him 4 times at close range. Jed is now in custudy pending a court date. |

Apparently this guy tried to use this video as his defense in court saying that the other guy trespassed and killed him in self defense. Unfortunately for him, this video actually helped the prosecution and he was convicted of murder. The jury didn't buy it.

Interesting video , i'd LOVE to hear the back story on this , and possibly autopsy? Looks like the guy didn't immediately die (looks like his hands are up in surrender?)
