Hey, if the porch is considered part of the home, he was within his rights. Don't they spend like 90% of their time on the porches there? I would've just shot him in the kneecaps. Then, if he tried to bully me in the future, I could just slowly walk away.

yea but this kid was bullied and picked on finally he took action, a little bit to much action, also the kid who shot him went to jail for life after words. i guess the jury didn't feel bad when he kept saying and acting tuff, i think the kid on the ground fades into death, i also think maybe his legs where gone as well like paralyzed just the way his legs never moved again but his upper body. then he stops moving with his right for arm in the air.
