Dude was probably high on Fentanyl. Fentanyl makes you crazy like that and a person high on Fentanyl is very hard to subdue so I am not surprised he took so many rounds before hitting the grown. His heart was racing so fast pumping blood it was hard for the blood to leave the ruptured arteries into his body giving him a few more seconds of strength. The family will probably try to sue the deputy.

Bruh. In field medicine do you know why we tape the fentanyl lollipop to the hand of our patient? That way they can treat their own pain and won’t OD. If they get too much that shit knocks them out and they can no longer keep it in their mouth since their hand falls down. Once it wears off enough for the pain to wake them up it goes right back in and the cycle repeats. Works wonders on moderate injuries that are non life-threatening so we can attend to more acute injuries when things are busy.
