I highly doubt he just burst into flames spontaneously....if he wants to light himself on fire, why the hell should Joe Citizen be obligated to put himself at bodily risk to undo the damage that the person ELECTED to incur...? |

Someone needs to step up and do a Rube Goldberg machine that kills them, burns their remains, and dumps them in an urn ready for the family. I would applaud that. |

You're right now that I have thought about it. I am pretty sure I would have still tried to help the poor fucker. The girl did mention that the situation was freaking her out so it probably was a good thing she didn't try to help the guy.

Well said, and may I add this: how often do we come across something like this in everyday life. To me, it would be the "fight or flight" response = do something or freeze. Most of us don't really know how we would react in these situations. |
