Re: Mexico: Members Of CJNG Decapitate A Rival
Adrenaline. Being blindfolded. Being told to just cooperate and you might live, that idea for a sliver of hope to survive can make you do some surprising things. It’d be completely counterintuitive to drug the person you’re executing. It removes the fear you’re trying to instill in the rest of the people from the opposing cartels. Yeah they see one of their own get offed, but if they were shown ANY mercy at all it’d be a sign of weakness to the other cartels. Thanks for playing though. |

Re: Mexico: Members Of CJNG Decapitate A Rival
I got a $200 electric one instead of a $350 knife set for my parents. My hope was that they’d keep the same style to match their kitchen, and it would just restore them. Which it absolutely did… However, it made me realize that unless you have high quality steel with good blade retention, a razor sharp knife will dull so fucking fast. Like, the knives get duller than they were pre-restoration simply because the edge is too thin and wears away. I used to judge knives by their out of the box sharpness, but for cheaper knives at least, you want them to be sharp enough to do their job, but not too sharp, since they’ll dull after like two uses. |

Re: Mexico: Members Of CJNG Decapitate A Rival
Okay, if I ever get kidnapped while blindfolded, I’ll be sure to ask if it’s a Mexican or a Muslim that’s going to behead me. If it’s a Mexican beheading me, I can breathe a sigh of relief since I know that I’ll have my trusty blindfold and adrenaline to make it easy. I’ll even still have that sliver of hope from cooperating like you said, so as the knife is sawing through my neck, I might be okay so long as I go along with it. If it’s a Muslim however, I won’t know what to do, since no matter how much blindfolding and adrenaline I have in my system, I’ll still end up squealing like a slaughtered pig. If only the Muslims were some sort of producer and supplier of illicit painkillers that can be sourced for for practically nothing. It’d make their jobs so much easier! |

Re: Mexico: Members Of CJNG Decapitate A Rival
IMO I think the majority of the time it's just total resignation to their fate. By the time the camera is rolling they've already gone through whatever grief/denial/hope phases and are just waiting for it to end. There probably is some aspect of "if I do anything they'll just make it worse" and "any slim chance I have of being let go is gone if I resist" for sure. You can see the difference in situations where someone was very recently captured, etc., they're far more likely to resist, show surprise, fight back etc. when the actual execution starts. |

Re: Mexico: Members Of CJNG Decapitate A Rival
Translation. Sicario: What do you do for a living? Captive: I’m innocent. And I don’t like doing anything bad. He told me that he was a spy for Pescuezo and Lic Thomas. And that he had participated as a lookout in the death of the Agent from the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) that was left on the roadway. This was done on the orders of Los Mayola, Cara de Micro Panda, Gopar from Villahermosa, and Dientes de Lata from Cardenas. And I work with him… Sicario: Thomas and Pescuezo, we have you two located already. And we know that you’re currently in Playa de Carmen. The bloke Lic Thomas was referred to in a previous video. He has apparently left the state where CJNG are operating, but it points to the fact that they slowly getting closer. |

Yes, looks correct to me. The innocent guy was not tied up and they even pulled him up and shielded him from viewing the execution. I’ve said it before, but these places are not all bad at all. As like as you stay out of trouble, you will mostly be just fine, even in cartel areas.

Re: Mexico: Members Of CJNG Decapitate A Rival
Most of these victims of decapitation are clearly not drugged. They already know there is literally no point in attempting to run or fight back when you're surrounded by large groups of people who are your rivals & who also all are carrying guns or melee weapons. I'm sure they are all scared shitless, but no reason on the planet to attempt to run away or fight back.
