Mechanic Killed in Freak Accident
A man died early this morning in Curitiba (Brazil). While testing the torque and RPM of a drag car, a part of the vehicle flew off striking him in the face.

Medical personal attempted to save him but he succumbed to his injuries while still in the shop.

Wasn’t a brake caliper. That was the motor blowing. Probably a piece of engine block hit him. Seen it tons of times but never into someone’s dome.

Looks like a piece of the flywheel. If you don’t know cars I can definitely see thinking it’s caliper. Good vid.
