If I remember correctly, this happened in Nepal quite a few years ago. It stuck with me because it was the first beheading video that had just such unique "body struggling to survive" sounds.
Yup, he was the only one to die like this, around 15 other co-workers were executed by bullet the minute before... Bad drawn straw.
