...OMG, the exact same thing happens to me, I get so fucking hungry watching the grossest shit. Dose anyone know why this happens...I thought I was the only one. ...god I hope this poor dude makes it.

This is the left lung inflating and deflating... not his heart. Have seen this "several" times on the street and the ER.
