If that was his lung how could it be pulsating in and out while he is speaking? It would have to be in sink with the words he speaks if it is his lung. Also, the slowed heart rate could be because he is sedated. |

Yeah, after looking again you can clearly see the organ bulge outwards while the guy speaks. If you were speaking, you'd be expelling air from your lungs and thus, deflating your lungs. It wouldn't be able to fill up with air at the same time as you are speaking words. It's his heart beating. Definitely. That's my verdict.

those are nice example of the lungs in action.. For every inspiration, the un-punctured lungs will inflate.. Its imperative that the cardio/pulmonary thoracic surgeons close that bad boy up as quickly as possible.. The heart is midline under the sternum, so anatomically speaking, that cannot be the heart on the left lateral ventral side of the victims chest.. Sudden blunt force trauma with handlebars or a steering wheel ~ use your imagination ~..
