Bikers in that part of the world are always in a hurry...seen it myself several times, it appears to be a racial trait: unable to judge speed and distance, whence unable to safely brake in time; keep banging into each other; hitting motorists from the back. This biker did what is stereotypical of Indo-Pakistani bikers : (1) always in a hurry (2) damn-care attitude for the passenger (3) taking unnecessary risk ( overtaking the bus esp. with a passenger was simply mindless ).
