Heres a thought, get a tube to reach to his lungs drain fluid from his lungs stabilize his breathing, then attempt to stabilize the bleeding, make shure no main artery is cut, if so clamp the artery and stich it up as fast as possible, boom i jsut saved a mans life. The rest.. even docs in kenya should be able to figure it out.

LOL! i was thinking the same thing.... why did the hospital slit his throat? (maybe because he had no health insurance and couldn't pay the hospital bill?)
