Mentally unhinged people capable of this kind of violence should be killed or locked away forever by the state at the first sign of trouble, PERIOD, because I guarantee this guy didn't just murder his brother in cold blood without some type of previous behavior indicating this was going to happen, although I admit it's a possibility. Oooooh muh human rights, have fun living in hell and subjecting your children and grandchildren to a hell you cannot even begin to imagine. "Oh, this was a different country!" Come on, now, globalism is in full swing and this type of third world brutality is coming to a neighborhood near you if it hasn't already.
