FMJ military ammo is banned from most hunting because the rounds are not lethal enough. .308 FMJ's tend to be pretty tough non-deforming rounds that don't kill clean enough for hunters. They pass through a body, many times even bone, without shattering and or even yawing appreciably. Much of the damage is done via the Temporary Wound Cavity. Although FMJ's will eventually kill, of course, other rounds are more likely to cause a more immediate death. |

 When I'm really angry with someone and I happen to be making chicken for dinner...I take out my frustrations on the chicken breasts by pounding the hell out of them. Dinner is fantastic and I feel much better afterwards! Much better than this guys method! |
