You're incorrect. There are tons of videos on Youtube that show law enforcement getting sassed on a regular basis, and ever since and even before the BLM movement, most of those ended with the perp on the ground, still alive.

The perpetrator of the Buffalo Tops shooting was armed to the teeth and he was apprehended.

The perpetrator of the Toronto van attacks actually tried to pretend like he was gonna pull a gun out of his back pocket to shoot an officer in front of him, and he was apprehended.
