This guy was a stalker posing a danger to the girl and her family. They cannot accept that the relationship is over and will not give up. Everyone is saying the blinking/eye twitching looks like drug use, to me it looks like he's been crying, maybe this was his first love, and first heartbreak and he doesn't know how to handle it. Kinda sad when you think about it that way.

An EX BOYFRIEND breaking into a home... he wasn't going to just "trespass". Guaranteed. Doesn't matter if he had a knife or any other weapon... it doesn't require a weapon for a person to kill another person. According to the laws of that state, this was completely legal the minute he started trying to bust the door down.
