Yes but they still had control with their shots. You can see in the video as the officer fired his pistol he would pause as cars were infront or behind the suspect.

That was JUST what I was wondering. If a semi happened to park on top of him, and then the driver got out to see if the officers needed any help, what would the response have been?  |
