Johnnie Miller (72-years-old at the time of sentencing) was facing 5-99 years and a $10k fine. He refused a plea offer of 25 years and received considerably less from the jury. He ended up getting 14 years and wont have to pay any fines. He will be eligible for parole after serving 7 years. This killer only got 14 years for a cold blooded murder. This shows the reasoning of the white trash of tejas. The two idiots cost the state so much money to prosecute their stupidty. One got off and the other white trash got a very short time for a murder. At the end no justice was served. I wonder how much momey was wasted for two worthless idiots that will continue to suck up resources from the tax payers. This is a perfect reflection of the putitos in Tejas.  |
