i don't think this had to happen by any means, but its hard to feel sorry for the guy when he was explicitly warned, and all he had to do was not come in the guys personal space while acting in that threatening manner... not to mention he threatened to kill them both several times. And they are dumb as fuck because all they had to do to prevent this is wear shirts... couple of polo' and none of this would have happened.

I don't get it either. People do it, cops do it. In my City a few years ago 2 cops emptied their guns unto a woman who was under 5 feet tall, and 90 pounds soaking wet. She was holding a stick. Even if they were dumb enough to think it was a gu, shoot her in the leg or foot. Damn, that's murder
