That one dude was literally touching his fingertips when he dropped. Why does the building look under construction? Or do people in Malaysia just live in dilapidated buildings all willy-nilly

I'm sorry, this is sad and I feel bad for the girl but at the same time the fact that she's filming him following all the way down until he's Splats and then you can hear start screaming for her mother... I laughed. Is that wrong? I feel like crap
