I'm pretty sure it happened in a zoo in bangladesh as i'm certain they are speaking bengali. The tiger in this clip is a Bengal tiger and these things are perhaps the most aggressive out of all tigers. They kill hundreds of villagers every year. Cute lil guy. :)
Good thing that guy was wearing his watch on his right arm, or he woulda lost it, as well!
