That's tough. But you shouldn't try and knock someone off a moving bike, especially with a passenger.

If he was sure he was getting shot, he should have took some evasive action. Not easy to hit a target moving especially if you're moving too. Unless you make it easy by riding close at the same speed, same direction.

A few years back I certainly did. I went around this guy on some shitty Honda Shadow from the 90's.

He was stopping for a car making a turn so I switched lanes and went around. I didn't realize till later what his deal even was. Which was he was just a big pussy. When I went around and gave my bike some gas, it must have scared him. My bike can be a little loud when in the throttle. But I didn't do anything wrong. Next thing I know I look back and dude is flying trying to catch up then acts like or was trying to kick my bike. Then gets in front of me and slams his brakes forcing me to go around him.

It's at that moment I seriously contemplated kicking him or his bike as hard as I could without wrecking myself.

Instead after another mile of me waving for him to pull over, and him looking like he would but then not. He pulled into a parking lot. That's when I realized why he was stalling, his brother was now behind him in a truck.

By the time we all stopped I was so pissed I could barely get my kick stand down I was in such a hurry.

At this time I was a Sheriff Deputy. I didn't have any cuffs or badge, just my identification. Which I nearly smacked him across the face with . Made his ass lay face down on the hot cement till his ride got there. No license, no insurance, bike wasn't his, out on bond for domestic violence.

And he's out slamming his brakes in front of another biker because he shit himself when I went by him, in the other lane, going like 35 mph.

Wearing his work shirt, which the owner, his boss is a friend of mine. And of course I called, telling him the piece of garbage he employs. Getting him fired.

I told him I know you boss. And he says " so, I'm the best worker he has " It's a lawn mowing company

I know kinda dick move. But not as dickish as trying to wreck someone on a bike for no reason at all other than you have no business on a bike.
