I remember this, the thing that amazed me was first the lady WITH the shot man cared nothing about him lying there, and second the homeowner was very reckless with that firearm walking up in his face he could have easily had it taken away from him. Everyone in this was a moron.

Will he? Will he end up in jail? I can tell you that he didn't and he won't. It was justified according to the Grand Jury and it was justified according to the court of public opinion here on this site. Having custody of a minor does not permit you to be on private property a moment longer than that property's owner allows. You heard Kyle tell Chad more than once (and only once is required) to leave his property. You saw him willingly disobey that lawful order. You saw him attempt to unlawfully disarm the property owner and you saw a shooting that was specifically allowed within the law. If you don't agree with that law, move there and work to change it. And then move to all the other states that have the Castle Doctrine and do the same. You've got a hell of a lot of work ahead of you so you'd better get to it.
