Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
Actually I've been married for 16 years....... I bet his ex- wife is a bitch, I change to not justified, she was playing games with his son, and the guy that shot him is just stuck between defending a manipulating bitch and a man who wants his son. Damn 1 dead guy and 1 guy in prison, all because she wants to prove she has a pussy.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
Personally, I think he needs a very long timeout in jail. He brought the gun, he kept his gun, was able to retreat and raise it, but didn't need to fire again after giving the warning shot. Plus, when he raised the gun, the other guy didn't even have a chance to take a single step forward, and I think that's going to be the critical moment in court. The other dude is yelling about taking people to court, he's not trying to die that day. Going for the gun was fairly stupid though, but they both brought way too much ego to the table. This video reminds me so much of those 2 fat hillbillies that shot the other guy over a dirty old mattress. I've been waiting to hear updates on that one too, but COVID has been delaying the shit out of the trial. |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
He didn't need to come with deadly force... please dont be one of those shitheads that disects a passage to change the narrative deadly force was not required... He could have waited for the cops to remove the man from his property... He wanted his child and they are refusing that.. Let the law take care of that shit.. NOT USE DEADLY FORCE AND BE JUDGE, JURY, AND EXECUTIONER |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
we don't know what the trespasser would have done if he got the gun he clearly is out of his mind; aggressively approaching the land owner after being told to leave, grabbing the gun after a shot was fired... I mean do you really want to argue that you can predict what a man who acts like this is going to do? |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
We will never know but that's not the point, he wasn't being attacked when he fired, he had space and time to give the unarmed person a chance to consider going against a dude that has a hot weapon pointed at him is probably a terrible idea.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
great argument, what does my post count have to do with it? I think the aggressive trespasser had enough time to consider after he saw that the land owner got his gun and told him to leave in texas he has the right to protect his property with force, I am not an expert but I would count the warning shot as force...the trespasser grabbed the gun and threatening the life of the land owner which would permit him to use deadly force as far as I know there haven't any charges been pressed |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
He's on the gun owners property and threatens to take the gun away and use it on him. That's a threat and thus many will argue justifies this shooting. Regardless, everyone was an idiot here.
