Something else is going on here. It is not physically possible in the environment/video that I viewed to hold/control a lightweight constructed air hose that could produce the force needed to do damages as described.Yes, small hose can & is constructed-(braided hose with compression clamps) to withstand high pressure but i don't think that flimsy thing is one of them.

Happened a bit too quick to be from organ damage, in this case, his colon. Could have suffered an air embolus.

Maybe the guys pants had a hole and the nozzle went through and penetrated his anus. Those industrial type air compressors can produce up to 400 PSI. Our internals are made of soft tissue not capable of withstanding very high pressures. We can survive in nominal atmospheric pressure of 14.5 psi and a maximum of 16 psi depending on the altitude. Thats why our ears pop when on a plane or scuba diving. Now imagine 300 psi up your ass in a 2 seconds. Massive damage to tissue.
