Normally, when we see this situation, it happens suddenly and without any conflict whatsoever. So to see him hesitate, with someone trying to deescalate him but failing, made the video feel more "present" and got under my skin. It was like a scene from a movie. If she's an employee, she was probably trained for this exact situation. It's gotta be fucking rough.
