The story he told about "seeing red" and reacting in blind fury is bullshit like no other. He'd planned his escape with a getaway driver and came into the house specifically to spy on her when he knew she was sexing and intentionally set out to kill her. This was a simmering murder, not a spur-of-the-moment kill. He planned this well in advance and took out festering anger on her, whom he thought of as his property. The poor children are the ones to truly suffer, in the end. He should have just thrown away his own life and not theirs. |

It depends. Even if they are separated, we don’t know the situation. Maybe he has a key and still has belongings there. I doubt he would get a minimum sentence in America. But if there was no video, I could see him getting 30 years instead of life. Because most of the time you would get life because you're seen as a danger to society snd a person who will kill again. In this instance, it can be called a crime of passion. Maybe they still talked and were thinking of working things out. And he just lost it finding out she was seeing someone. So he's a person who never would normally kill. But the video is so violent and just gruesome. A jury would probably give him the death penalty if they could. She wasn't scared of him. That's the way it appeared. She saved that guy by trying to stop the stabbing. I don't think she thought he would stab her. Which is why I think it is a crime of passion. |

Please change the title — she is not “his woman”. Nobody has the right to own another person even if they are married —in this case he is actually her ex so please change the title.

Nobody thinks they're claiming ownership. And if you want to shake your finger at people about thinking they can own people or make them slaves. Go do it in Africa where there are still hundreds of thousands of slaves. Or to the middle east. Fucking liberals morons. Lecture Westerners about owning people.
