I was thinking more of a plan B if dems ever get their semi auto ban dream. Us defense engineers have no intention of complying and it needs to be unenforceable by any law enforcement agency in the US. They only win outnumbering and overwhelming so took a page from their own tactics with the autononous swarm idea to flip the odds.

I was thinking something big enough to run at least a VPX 3U chassis, each will have to have enough processing power to run stand alone when cut off from the swarm link by jamming, thermal pattern matching, and fallback to optical navigation and RF source identification for HARM attacks on anyone with anti drone weapons, etc.
