It’s Mandarin but in a Malaysian accent. Mandarin spoken by Malaysian Chinese sounds very different from that spoken by mainland Chinese :)

changed title to 5 story.  The man was a Filipino in his 40's. I would never try to grab someone that's halfway swinging outside a building as when he grabs you you're going down with him. Always damn traffic blocking the view. |
