Meth makes people act crazy, but this wasn't caused by meth. He's calm in the video. He premeditated the murder and promoted it. Most meth induced acts of violence are a lot more brutal and pretty fucking random.

The guy who threw his guts at police is a pretty good example. The Miami causeway face chewer is another. Those were random, brutal and frenzied attacks, not planned and pretty damn tame.
