Nope. That effect is seen in brain dead individuals (good video and explanation on wiki) This guy was obviously not brain dead when it started. Probably was a seizure brought on by brain hypoxia. Or maybe he was an epileptic and the stress of getting shot caused a seizure.

Dumbass didn't keep his finger off the trigger, he should be using a revolver with a 13 to 16 pounds triger pull instead. One in good condition is supposed to bear its weight on the trigger with a cocked hammer. The ideal weapon of choice for such a dumbass! |
