Is anyone surprised? I mean, look at the condo collapse in Florida. America has no safety regulations. This would never happen in Ontario.
But it has. Wasn't it just last year an apartment building collapsed in Ontario? And about 10 years ago a mall partially collapsed. Hell, hasn't Ontario had like dozens of buildings collapse in the last 20 years?

I heard construction is so shotty in Ontario it's been mandated all new construction must only use Styrofoam roofs. To cut down on fatalities from the epidemic of roof collapses.
