Lifting a Structure with Three Construction Site Workers Goes Wrong
Indonesia, Three workers fell together with the structure they were sitting at the concrete storage area at Pier 4 of Merak Harbor was lifted by a crane. The incident was caught on CCTV cameras. One worker died and two others were hospitalized.

The district attorney was going to charge the owner with negligence but there wasn't enough concrete evidence.
