Laying Down on the Tracks Before Train Arrives Suicide
Russia. A 68-year-old pensioner lay himself down on the train tracks in front of an arriving freight train, committing suicide. He worked as a railway worker. The tragedy happened on the morning of February 15. The railroad worker became seriously ill recently.

Ugh, with the train going so slow, I'd imagine he'd have felt that, if only for a fraction of a second.

Live by the train, die by (under) the train. Maybe he really liked trains. Walt Disney was like that, Walt worked for a railroad before getting into animation. He loved trains and built large scale rideable model trains, Disneyland was originally a park for his train track layouts. He was friends with my mom's boss who ran a railroad in the early 1950's, my mom used to talk on the phone with Walt Disney. |
