The crazy part is, it sounded like a kid he was killing. It makes my head spin to think a teenager is in that life among those motherfuckers, or worse, the object of revenge, which is even more fucked up. If you're a drug dealer / killer of them, you know what happens when you're caught. If that kid is just some fuckhead's kid, oh man that's so much worse. This was revenge for the killing of his son. I imagine that he knew where the heart was and all, but wanted to prolong the suffering of his captive by slowly decapitating and slowly removing his heart

The actual MURDERER in this video says "me mataron a mi hijo" which can be translated as "you killed my son" or as "you all killed my son" referring to a group of people. He DOESN'T actually know if this dude killed his son, he's just taking out his wrath on someone with absolutely no proof or due process of law. He's a cold-blooded murderer, looking for an excuse to caper and look tough, and hopefully he'll be joining his son in the not-so-distant future .
