If no one can swim, can people at least learn, and inform others, that they can float on their backs until help arrives, or they drift nearer to shore? Better to float for days than drown |

Pretty much like the stop, drop, and roll most of us were taught in Elementary school in case we were on fire. I hate seeing anyone drown, especially a kid :'(
