Three Teens on a Motorcycle Ended Up Under a Container Truck, 2 Died
Friday morning (03/08/2019), residents were gathered after hearing of a fatal accident, involving a Fino Yamaha motorcycle with a container truck that took place on Jalan Garuda, Tammua Sub-District, Tallo Subdistrict. Residents watched a video on a facebook were three teenagers lying down. Two of them died in bloodstained conditions. Seeing the incident, a housewife, named Marlina, shouted hysterically and fell unconscious. Later it was discovered that one of those killed in the accident was the fruit of her marriage to Rusli aka Aso. Their son is R. (14) R., who is more familiarly called Mbao, is wearing a green T-shirt, while his friend wears a black T-shirt and is identified as S. (16), and one of his colleagues wearing a gray T-shirt is R.(19) resident. The victims rode a Yamaha Fino motorbike carrying three people and was driven by S.(16). When they wanted to pass a container truck on the right side they lost control due to bad road maintenance and hit the Toll Road dividing wall. The motorbike fell and their bodies ended up under the truck driven by a man named Muhammad.Two of the three died, while the other was injured and still receives medical treatment. While the late R.(14) was forced to drop out of school and chose to work as a construction worker because he did not want to burden his mother who looked after his younger sister who was still in school after the father died. R. was buried next to his dad.  |

Seriously, wear your feckin' helmet! Even if, ultimately, the utilization of protective headgear was irrelevant, what about those moments when they do! Whom knows, with certainty, when that is?' |
