Fake. First of all, I lived in that area in 2023 and I heard absolutely nothing about this. Secondly, it looks like a bad green screen... but also, even if it were real, they wouldn't have jumped off a building and caused such an inconvenience. And I don't mean that jokingly. In any case, this is either from a movie or student film or something, but definitely not from reality.

A girl who was having trouble with her relationship with a Japanese Youtuber "Pyasukaru" met another girl on an online social networking site who had suicidal thoughts and carried them out while delivering the video.
