looks like its been few hours.. dead tissue starts to rot in about 4-6 hrs. that's some agonal breathing as the person looks unconscious. hope the pain & suffering was short. No person should go through this. I've seen many gut churning vids but this was at another level

that's a piece of the vehicle door frame & the girl is unconscious & possibly braindead.. we can hear some agonal breathing. The body can continue to live till it runs out of oxygen & or fluids. It's horrible but I guess the girl never felt anything right after the impact sending her unconscious & that's just a popped up eye not that she's awake or something... you can see the other eye which is intact & shut
