Insane Footage Of Metal Railing Through Head
She's still alive

Happened recently in Argentina or Uruguay - location contradiction in this case. No further information or images found.

Most disturbing head injury where victim is still barely alive that I've seen.

Sources all had other site's watermark and I'm unable to remove it on this device
