Do they have no officers? If not, that'd REALLY suck to be imprisoned in South America lol... And hopefully the beheading was the FIRST part of this act, and not the limb by limb removal.

Who's to say that the guards aren't in there filming along with the inmates as well? It's an obvious party, so I'm assuming they'd invite the guards as well, who know's what that guy did to get in there, or maybe he answered too truthfully to "So... what are you in here for?!"

Is anyone able to translate what they are saying in the video? It's bloody nasty! Slicing away at that face like they're making a sandwich!! Then again, the person they killed was probably as bad as them in his lifetime.

Story:
A 27 year-old inmate was beheaded in the Regional Serrotão Prison in Campina Grande during a rebellion. One prisoner was arrested for the crime.
The murder was reported at around 8:30 am on Tuesday. The inmates dragged the body of the prisoner out of the cell.
The prisoner who surrendered told the prison guards he killed the detainee to take revenge because the victim killed and burned his brother in 2007.
