Not too surprising that he wasn't wearing any protective equipment, even safety glasses or an apron, considering he's in a country where people think riding on the roof of a train is perfectly normal and safe. lmao |

Nothing was grounded or bonded. Sometimes there is a wire built into the hose and you clip[ a wire onto the barrel while filling. I see none of that. In slow motion you can see the light start right at the top of the liquid. I would guess static too.

if you play with the pause and slow it down frame by frame, he had the unfortunate luck of the rupture in the barrel happening exactly where he was standing, it bubbled out right towards him and splattered him with liquid plastic and whatever the contents were. |
