Bolivia. The victim has been identified as 31-year-old José C.N.R., a construction worker and father of three. The motive appears to be a violent robbery that took place while he was walking home. The perpetrators remain at large. Police are currently reviewing surveillance footage from the eastern district of Santa Cruz to track their escape route. |
