Indian Bullion Trader Suffers Fatal Cardiac Arrest
In Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh state, India, a 43-year-old owner of a bullion shop, Abhishek M., suffered fatal cardiac arrest whilst having a conversation with customers. He was pronounced dead upon arrival at hospital.

I think it depends where they live India has Mountains, so it may snow if the altitude is high enough. I would check it out, but it doesn't name a city
