I gotta be honest, I'm too scared to exert myself. I've had a fear of my heart stopping since I was 7. Must have saw something on TV that traumatized me.
Problem is, I really do need to start working out. I'm 40 now and my muscles almost atrophied lol
THIS is why I refuse to exercise. I keep telling my doctor but he keeps insisting. I’ll take my chances at my computer desk.

Congenital heart defects are more common in Indian people.
It seems that there are a large disproportionate number of videos here on DR that feature young people from India succumbing to heart attacks.
Environment? Diet? Vaccine?

A quick 20-30 min dog walk daily will help get you started.. it will open up the door for other activities.. after hard work an consistency, sky is the limit
