The FRSC Lagos State Sector Command has officially confirmed this heartbreaking incident. According to a statement released by the State Public Education Officer, the unfortunate accident occurred while the late A. A. was attending to a vehicle. A Mack truck, which reportedly suffered a brake failure, tragically lost control and collided with the FRSC officer, resulting in his untimely demise. As soon as the accident occurred, the Orile Police division was promptly notified, and their personnel were swiftly mobilized to the crash site.
