I'm hockey illiterate, so this is a genuine question, but what was the guy that collided with him trying to do? It almost looks like an intentional kick. I don't think he was trying to injure him, but wtf was he going for there?
I looked into it and there are pending manslaughter charges, so how intentional it was is still up for debate.
