Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
That video is pretty telling. I seen another that was the same angle but lower resolution. We can clearly see his torso react to being hit. Can't really tell 100% if it's before or after he shot though from that view. Still waiting for more facts to come to light. |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
Yeah, I heard that rumor that the ICE agent was dragged by a vehicle 6 months ago, I wasn't sure of the validity. Thanks.

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
From what I gathered so far, the guy had a previously bad experience with a person in a car, now facing a new person in a car this time coming at him, the car hits/clips him, he shoots in reaction hitting the driver. All this happens in a blink of an eye. Am I missing something? |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
Lol, of course every video that exists from the angle showing him flying through the air like he got railed by a battering ram is MYSTERIOUSLY in 640x480 and stuttering like Stanley. Sooooo telling. Soooooooo very telling indeed. |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
Remember what I said about aggressively misunderstanding things I don't view emotion as an inherently negative trait, it has its evolutionary uses. It's there for a reason, in my opinion emotions assist in raising children and having strong bonds with them, as well as survival. I cried last month when I picked up my son from the airport because I missed him a lot. The problem is what happens when you mix emotion and trying to think rationally about something. I will at times cry at movies... but when I'm looking at something real and try to understand it, you can't involve "what it makes me feel like" lest you look utterly retarded to anyone objective in the room. |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
I mean, I appreciate that this third video from that general angle is at least in color, better resolution, and not bizarrely playing at 18x speed. But did you fucking listen to the FBI analyst? He goes on for almost 2 straight minutes and not only never states that the Gestapo got hit, he outright states that it looks like he moves out of the corner path to NOT be hit as she turns to drive away. Or maybe that he was protecting the other Gestapo who was trying to forcibly enter the victim's vehicle. Who knows what he was thinking! We'll have to wait with bated breath, since Patel's crooked as a barrel of snakes FBI is actively obstructing State or local authorities from investigating this crime. In any case, thanks for the better resolution on the angle. But it is still not even remotely clear to me or to the FBI analyst (or to anyone who isn't blind) whether he sidestepped or got tapped by the corner of the car at about 3mph. What it DOES make abundantly clear is that the fairy tale that he was aggressively 'rammed' by the car in an attempt to kill him is an utter fabrication. |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
I mean there's a clearer video right above your comment. I don't think it's AI or doctored as the multiple news outlets are showing it. You seem salty about it but seriously man, Do you want the truth, the reality even if it's inconvenient and uncomfortable? Or do you want the narrative and the outrage? I want the truth, personally. It's perfectly ok to say "yeah, she shouldn't have been there, she should've complied, he shouldn't have shot her". All true. It doesn't have to always boil down to some false dichotomy, some "us vs them, fuck you if you disagree with me" mentality. While it might feel good, I can assure you that you are never going to change someone's mind like that. Only reaffirm what the right says about the left. That they have no tolerance for opinions that don't match their own. But yeah, that video IS telling. It gives a different angle and shows that there WAS contact with the officer. Not life threatening or anything, but she did hit him after being told to stop and get out. It's right there for all to see. The question for me still is did the car hit him because she was already shot? |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
Here is AI view on ICE authority. It is easy to see how this split authority set up is confusing. Basically they have no authority over United States citizens on immigration issues. While ICE cannot arrest U.S. citizens for civil immigration violations, they are sworn federal law enforcement officers and can arrest citizens for specific criminal felonies: Federal Crimes: If a U.S. citizen commits a federal felony in an officer's presence—such as assaulting a federal officer (18 U.S.C. § 111) or obstructing justice—ICE agents have the authority to detain and arrest them. Specific Jurisdictions: ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) arm investigates cross-border criminal networks, including human trafficking and drug smuggling, which often involve U.S. citizens. A citizen of the United States has this same power of arrest. |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
Dude, even the FBI analyst in the news video is not clear on whether he was 'hit' by the car or not. With the clearer resolution it is equally possible that he was 'sidestepping' with a bit of a backwards hop to avoid being hit. With this video I'd give it maybe 50-50. Either he jerked back to avoid a corner tap or he took a low impact corner tap as she was pulling a hard right to get around him. His precise movements are not abundantly clear, but one thing that is clear from all angles is that her tires were obviously transitioning to a hard right position to move through the gap between him and the vehicle to her right. He was at the (her facing) extreme left of her front end (~11:00 as I said earlier) and her tires were fully at the 2:00 position when she actually started pressing the gas, which is why she crashed into a car much further down the street rather than onto the curb and into the tree directly behind where he was originally standing. If her vehicle actually 'struck' him at all it was a very low impact bump from the corner as she was trying to maneuver a largish vehicle around him to flee. But yes, that is a thing that may have happened here. Only a deliberately obtuse halfwit could watch any of these angles and still believe that she weaponized her vehicle with the intention of 'ramming' him to cause harm. Which is the exact narrative Noem and Trump are peddling as their official line. |
