You can definitely be severely injured and/or die from a water jump that high.

I have jumped into water from 20-30 feet and was always amazed at how hard the water slapped me.

The force of impact increases exponentially the higher the jump.

It's not that uncommon for jumpers to initially survive and then die later.

Broken bones and internal injuries are generally the result of impact from a jump into water from such a height.
