Swear to god, I tried, but both of them has a so fucking awful gypsy/drunkard accent, it's impossible to transcript. To be honest it seems that they didn't even started the dare, and the guy says something that he'll light himself up for 20 seconds too. Also they talk random shit like the guy asks what she cooked for dinner, she replies "they ate all"

There is designer drug epidemic in these countryside areas in Hungary, they smoke randomly mixed chemicals, soaked in tobacco, people can get high for a few dollars, then they look like these bozos

Nope, it indeed is a gypsy, just like everyone else in the video, Jász refers to the county they live (Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok).

The tragedy of Icuska Farkas, a TikToker, quickly spread across Hungary and garnered international media attention. She made a bet with a user named Döme to see who could collect more gifts from their followers. To make the competition more exciting, they agreed that the loser would set their T-shirt on fire for 20 seconds. Icuska lost and, indeed, set herself on fire. She did all of this live, while Döme laughed loudly and counted the seconds.

The young man likely didn't grasp the gravity of his actions. After the mother of two died, he took offense at being called a murderer by some, stating that he was not to blame because the self-immolation, as he put it, "was just a bet."

The online community largely agrees that Döme bears responsibility, though some argue in his defense that his intention was not for Icuska to die. The police also do not assume this, but the man will still face criminal proceedings. Authorities have so far classified Döme's act as "complicity in suicide," but this could change during the investigation.

Responding to our inquiry, celebrity lawyer László Helmeczy quoted the current text of the Penal Code: "Anyone who incites another to suicide or provides assistance in its commission, if the suicide is attempted or committed, shall be punishable for a felony with imprisonment from one to five years."

Some might wonder why Döme's conduct doesn't constitute "negligent endangerment causing death."
